AIIR is excited to announce that it is the 22nd fastest-growing company in Philadelphia. AIIR recently earned the #22 spot on the Philadelphia100®, an annual list of the 100 fastest-growing companies in the Philadelphia area.
Presented by the Entrepreneurs Foundation of Greater Philadelphia, the Philadelphia100 is a merit-based award that recognizes the fastest-growing privately-held companies in the region. Together, the 2020 cohort of companies on the list generated more than $1.77 billion in combined revenue last year and averaged 181% annual growth.
The intensive application and integrity of the decision processes and the resulting list make the Philadelphia100 one of the most sought-after awards in the region.
2020 has been a challenging year. Yet, even as the largest and most successful companies in the world scaled back their services, AIIR forged ahead, launching a series of products that push the boundaries of the coaching industry and provide impact for our customers. The most recent is AIIR Dynamics 360.
Tomorrow’s leaders will contend with competition, continual change, and challenges that are exponentially more complicated than anything they faced in the past. AIIR Dynamics 360 leverages the insights of managers, peers, and employees to help shape dynamic leaders that are prepared for a complex future.
“2020 has been a year of incredible growth,” said AIIR Founder and CEO Dr. Jonathan Kirschner. “Our ranking on the Philadelphia100, and our second-annual inclusion in the Inc. 5000, are a testament to our focus on creating impact for our clients.”
He continued: “Our newest product, AIIR Dynamics 360, represents the next evolution of coaching and leadership development. It is the ideal tool to empower leaders to overcome the challenges they face and shape a better future.”
